Perfect location near Bishkek Park and Ala Too Square, friendly staff arranged Yandex, comfortable beds with capsule amenities, big lockers, clean facilities.

New and squeaky clean hostel with spacious and comfy capsule beds. Separate gendered showers with hair dryer for ladies. Water works like a charm. Big kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, and free tea/coffee dispenser. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist, even in the wee hours. Highly recommended!

Clean and neat accommodation, loved the unique capsule design. The staff, especially the three young guys at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything. The big kitchen was a great bonus.

'Pros': The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable with a unique capsule design. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Aloo-Too Square and close to good Indian and Italian restaurants. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more options.

We recently stayed at a hostel in the heart of Bishkek and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the main sights on foot. the hostel was always clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Our capsule was spacious enough and equipped with essential amenities like a powerpoint, a light, and shelving, ensuring our privacy. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price of our accommodation, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers.

I stayed at Wakeup for 3 nights during my trip to explore the city. The location is fantastic, just off the main street and within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, and banks. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, allowing me to check in early, switch beds, and store my luggage. They even arranged a taxi for me. The facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the free flip flops were a nice touch. I'll definitely stay here again when I return.

My recent stay at Wakeup was great! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The hostel itself wasvery comfy and tidy. I really appreciated the spacious locker provided, it easily fit my large backpack. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early and even helped me arrange transportation. The facilities were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Plus, the hostel offered laundry services and provided flip flops. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Wakeup to others.
